Shipping Policy
Domestic Shipping
- Complementary US Continental shipping via UPS Ground on orders over $100.00.
- Upgrades to a faster shipping time is available during checkout at an additional cost.
- Due to UPS regulations we cannot ship to P.O. Boxes – Please provide full address.
- Address Change – Please review the shipping address during checkout. Once the shipping is out there will be a $20.00 charge to redirect the package to another address.
- Shipping will be processed within 3 to 5 days after payment confirmation for in stock items.
- A delivery confirmation/tracking number will be emailed to you once the shipping label is created. Please provide a valid email address during checkout.
- If you received a damaged package, please notify us within 24 hours from delivery at hello@bellsol.com with your name, order number and a picture of the damage (product and box).
International Shipping
- The shipping cost provided at checkout for International Orders is just an estimate. Please contact hello@bellsol.com with a list of items you are interested in so we can provide an accurate shipping cost to your country. Please mention in the title section "International Order" and the country you will be shipping to.
- All international shipping is offered through UPS at this time.
- Bellsol, LLC is not responsible for any additional taxes or fees incurred by ordering to another country (VAT, import taxes). Please verify with your local post office or local custom office before placing your order. If your order will be confiscated/returned by local customs or post office we will not process for a refund. All additional fees/taxes are the buyer’s responsibility. We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages on international routes.
- Please provide an accurate phone number and email address so the local shipping office can contact you upon package arrival for custom and local delivery questions.
- All items ordered have to be declared along with the purchasing value on the shipping manifest.
